Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations and refunds are available at our discretion WITHIN 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours no cancellations or refunds are accepted as we have already started production of your order.

Processing and Shipping

• Processing time for all non-custom orders (no names added, no special colors chosen) is 1-2 weeks. Custom orders (with names, custom colors) is 2 weeks. We strive to get orders out faster than our listed processing time but cannot guarantee it. When ordering you are agreeing to the listed processing time and shipping time.

• Shipping can take 5-7 days to reach you once shipped. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it leaves us and is on its way to you! We do not have control over how long it takes to get to you once it leaves us. If there is an issue with your order once received, please use the contact us page to let us know so we can help!
